Industry-Leading Affiliate Terms & Agreement
1. Introduction & Program Purpose
Welcome to the Clutter Cleanup USA Ambassador Program! This Agreement lays out straightforward, generous terms designed to reward you for connecting families, businesses, and individuals with our compassionate in-home decluttering, organizing, and remediation services.
By joining this program, you become an independent referral partner (“Ambassador”), earning commissions and bonuses for every paying customer you introduce to Clutter Cleanup USA (“Company,” “us,” “we”). You do not perform cleaning work—you simply refer, and our expert teams do the rest.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
- Be at least 18 years old and able to enter contracts.
- Reside in a U.S. state other than California (program not available in CA).
- Apply honestly via our website.
- Agree to these terms and complete identity verification if required.
We review all applications and reserve the right to approve or deny anyone for any lawful reason.
3. Commission & Bonus Schedule

Elite Status: Begins after 50 completed jobs; adds 25% to all future commissions.
Champion Status: Begins after 100 completed jobs; adds 40% to all future commissions.
Performance Bonuses
- First referral completed: $50 bonus
- Five jobs completed: $250 bonus
- Ten jobs completed: $500 bonus
- Twenty jobs completed: $750 bonus
- Thirty-five jobs: $1,000 bonus
- Fifty jobs: $2,000 bonus + Elite tier
- One hundred jobs: $5,000 bonus + Champion tier
- Hat-Trick: $200 bonus for every 3 jobs completed in a single month
Ongoing / Customer Benefits
- $100 discount code for referred customers (covered by Company)
- 5% commission on each repeat service for 24 months
- 10% commission on customer add-ons (organizing, sanitizing, etc.)
- $50 retention bonus for each customer returning in another year
4. Tracking, Attribution & Payment
Tracking Methods:
- Web: Unique referral links (60-day cookies)
- Phone/Text: Referral codes or confirmed mention of your name
- CRM: Logged for direct email/phone leads
Payment Details:
- Payouts monthly (by 15th of following month)
- $50 minimum payout (smaller balances roll forward)
- PayPal, ACH, or Check (your preference)
- 30-day hold on commissions for refunds/chargebacks
- IRS Form W-9 required for $600+ in annual earnings
5. Brand Use & Representation
You may:
- Use approved logos, banners, and text per Brand Guidelines.
- Refer to yourself as “Clutter Cleanup USA Ambassador.”
You may NOT:
- Alter or misuse branding.
- Present yourself as an employee or spokesperson.
- Make medical/legal claims.
- Use our name in ads or handles without permission.
6. Approved Messaging & Voice
- Use honest, compassionate, professional tone.
- Include FTC disclosure (“I may earn a commission if you use my link”).
- Do not share customer data without written consent.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Collect only: name, phone/email, and service needs.
Never collect/share: medical, financial, or family information.
- Password-protected recordkeeping
- Secure email transmission
- Delete inactive referrals after 90 days
Breach Protocol:
- Secure systems immediately
- Report to affiliates@cluttercleanupusa.com within 48 hours
- Submit written summary within 5 days
8. Professional Conduct & Prohibited Activities
- No misrepresentation or guarantees
- No spam, illegal, or deceptive promotion
- No self-referrals or fake reviews
9. Dispute Resolution
- File disputes within 30 days (include proof/screenshots)
- Team responds within 5 business days
- Appeal within 10 days (new evidence only)
- Mediation if $1,000+ unresolved
- “URGENT” = 24-hour response
10. Termination & Survival
By You: Cancel anytime via email; paid all undisputed commissions.
By Us: Termination for breach/fraud; remove all logos/links. Earned commissions paid unless tied to refund risk.
11. Legal & General Terms
- Independent contractor (not employment)
- Virginia law governs
- Venue: State/federal courts in Virginia
- We may update terms with notice
12. Acceptance
Immediate Participation = Acceptance
By joining and using your link/code, you accept all terms, commission structure, and program updates.
